Receiving a "Notifications: Certificate has expired" error

There may be a point that you try to schedule a push notification but are receiving a "Notifications: Certificate has expired":


The cause for this is that one of the 


When an app has an expired certificate, this stops Carnival from creating new messages with a push. There are two options to resolve this:

  • Renew the development or production certificate and replace it by uploading to Carnival through the Settings/Developer page.
  • If the development certificate is expired, remove the development certificate for now until you need to push to devices through the development gateway.
