Portfolio: Breakdown of the Portfolio and the data

The Portfolio is a visually impressive dashboard that can be projected on to big screens in your office. Your Portfolio provides an overview of how all the apps you have permissions on are performing. To see how a specific app is performing, visit the Analytics section within the specific app.

You can see which apps you have access to by clicking Apps in the upper-left-hand corner.

Right Now (global map):

A realtime view of who is opening up your app(s) right now. You can hover over the pulses on the map to see which app is being opened in real time.

The different colors denote the different apps, if you have permissions set on multiple apps.

Audience Breakdown

New Users: 

Users who have installed your app(s) in the last 7 days.

Returning Users: 

Users who installed more than 7 days ago and have used the app(s) in the last 30 days.

Unengaged Users: 

Users who haven't used the app(s) in the last 30 days and have used the app(s)  within the last 120 days.

Lifetime Installs: 

Total users who have ever installed the app(s). Since this is a lifetime metric, it is not counting uninstalls.



Last 30 Days:

The percentage in the report reflects the change in totals compared with 30 days ago. For example, in the portfolio above, user's are opening their app 23.8% less compared with a month ago.


Total number of new installs that are currently installed for all your app(s) in the last 30 days. This metric does adjust for when a user uninstalls.

App Opens: 

Total app opens for all your app(s) in the last 30 days.

App Opens Per User: 

The average app opens per users in the last 30 days. We measure how many times a unique user opens their app in the 30 day period and then we average that across all users. On average, the user’s in my portfolio of apps open the app 4 times per month.

Messages Sent: 

Total Push and In-App messages sent from your app(s) sent in the last 30 days.
